We also greatly appreciated their help in our reorganization/cleaning of the house! Steve and his dad moved all the furniture around our house! The guest bed moved in with the study, Abbie's furniture moved to Carter's room (except the crib) and Abbie got her new furniture. I am sure you can imagine the complete disarray in our house that day! It was a huge task Steve and I had been dreading for months, and we were so thankful for Pop-Pop's help. Nana also played with Abbie outside while I put away all the Christmas decorations. We were able to get so much done over the weekend with their help!
We also had a little time for fun. We went out to eat several times which was nice. Steve and I don't go out that often because sometimes it is difficult to keep Abbie seated for an hour in a high chair. However, all the times we went out with Nana and Pop-Pop she was perfect! Here is a picture of Nana, Pop-Pop and Abbie at brunch after church on Sunday.

Abbie also loved just playing with them around the house. Here she is jumping on the bed with Nana.
She loved mimicking Pop-Pop. He always walks with his hands behind his back, so Abbie started walking like that too! She even came walking in like that by herself to my bathroom this morning. I hope we haven't created a mini Pop-Pop monster!
Since it was so cold out yesterday, we decided to take her to the indoor bounce place to burn off some energy before dinner. She loved showing Daddy, Nana and Pop-Pop her jumping skills! Of course, she also still loved driving the truck. I enjoyed not having to be the one running after her for a change!

Last night after dinner, Nana helped give Abbie her bath and then read to her and put her to bed. Thanks Nana! (You can get a glimpse of Carter's room in the background.)
Finally, it was time to say goodbye this morning. Abbie had fun playing with them for the last time this morning. Then it was time for hugs and kisses, and they were off! Thank you so much for coming to visit us Nana and Pop! We all had a wonderful time and can't wait to see you again soon.

Watching them get in their rental car.
