This morning we went to Abbie's friend, Ella's, 2nd birthday party! It was a monkey theme and so cute! All of the friends from playgroup had fun playing in the playroom upstairs. We had been talking about the birthday party all morning and Abbie kept saying she wanted cake. When the time finally came to eat the cake, however, she was not very interested. She did take a few bites of the cake part without icing. She is taking baby steps when it comes to cake! Maybe by her 2nd birthday she will actually eat a little!

As for Carter, I am feeling pretty good today. I have still not had any more big contractions. It looks like we may make it to Wednesday!
