Update: Steve came home and suprised me with cards from him and Abbie and Carter and a giant cookie cake (not very good for my current attempt to lose baby weight but oh well)! He went out and picked up a delicious pizza, and we had a relaxing dinner as both kids were asleep. Unfortunately, Abbie is still sick and now I am too (as if there was any doubt I would be after all the snot she wipes on me)!
Thank you to all my family and friends for the birthday well wishes! Unfortunately, it is not a fun day. It is very cold and rainy. Not only that, but Abbie woke up with a very runny nose and is cranky and clingy. All things that are not easy to deal with when Carter is awake and needs me. I am just counting down the hours until Steve gets home!

oh lindsay....not sure what time you posted...but hoping the day did not get any worse! hang in there...and luckily it is the weekend so daddy can help take care of sick abbie! happy happy birthday!
