Santa Fun?

We went to visit Santa again tonight at the same place we see him every year.  We always go right after work when it is not crowded and when Stephen can meet us.  Well of course when we arrived we were the only ones there, which is a good thing, but Stephen was not there yet.  So I had to attempt the pictures with Santa all by myself.  Abbie and Carter were as excited as ever to see Santa again, and were all set for a picture.  Elisabeth, on the other hand, was not sure what to make of Santa this time.  She cried and we ended up with this picture.

Poor Elisabeth!  Hopefully she likes Santa a little better next year.  Although my previous experience tells me we have another year of crying before we get to a happy Santa visit.  Another one for the Christmas album!

Abbie decided she wanted a picture all by herself with Santa.  Of course then Carter had to have his own picture with Santa.  Since no one else was there we were able to get more pictures with Santa.

After our visit with Santa, Stephen took Elisabeth home while I took Abbie and Carter across the street to fun Christmas activities the symphony was hosting.  You could go to the concert for free, ride a little train, play in snow, color, etc.  The kids had a great time and we even ran into my friend, Clancy Dee, and her three boys.  Our night ended when Carter through snow (actually more like ice) right at Abbie’s face.  Then we were done!
