Carter’s Big Day

This morning Carter had another basketball game.  It was also team picture day.  Mimi and Bebe came up to watch Carter play.  He was so excited they were there!  He even scored two baskets during the game!

After his great game, Carter got to go back with Mimi and Bebe to their house by himself!  Abbie had a big day of parties.  First, she was invited to a birthday party for her teacher’s daughter.  Then at night, she was invited to a fun Christmas party.  In an effort to keep Carter from being sad and mad about not getting to go to the parties, he got to go spend the night at Mimi and Bebe’s.  I think this is the first time he has ever spent that much time with them alone.  His only concern was that Abbie would not be there to sleep in the room with him at their house.  I assured him that Mimi would let him sleep in their room if he was worried.  They had big plans to play and even go to Putt-Putt.  Lucky Carter!  (Abbie is already asking when her day alone with Mimi and Bebe is.)
