Carter's First Bath

Carter had his very first bath at home! We waited until Abbie had gone to bed Wednesday night and then set up the bathtub in the kitchen. Steve is the official bath-giver in our family, so he had the honor of the first bath! We were both prepared for anything after the experience we had with Abbie's first bath! When Steve was holding Abbie to put her in the bathtub for the first time she pooped all over him. I honestly have never laughed so hard in my life! Thankfully, that did not happen with Carter (it did happen the next day though...thank goodness Dreft stain remover worked on our duvet and Steve's favorite Penn State shirt!). Carter was very good throughout his entire bath! He still seems to be a very laid back little boy. I hope that next bath goes as well!
