Carter’s Meet the Teacher Day August 2012

Today was Carter’s turn to meet his new teachers!  Well he actually knows his new teachers quite well already.  He is in the MWF Bees class just like Abbie was when she was three, and he has the same teachers, Ms. Nancy and Ms. Ann.  Carter has seen the teachers at school and already knows them from when Abbie was in the class.  He still had fun seeing the teachers and meeting his new classmates!

When we first arrived he had to “check-in” just like he will do every day (and just like Abbie did two years ago).  He had to find his name hanging on the wall.  I was honestly a little worried he might not be able to pick out his own name, but he did!  Way to go Carter!  After he checked-in, it was time to do some art and play.  He had fun wandering around the classroom and exploring all of the new things.  He also had fun meeting his new friends.  We actually know quite a few of them already.  Several are little brothers of Abbie’s former classmates and a few we know from other things.  I was excited to see lots of familiar faces in the class!

I just know Carter is going to learn so much at school this year and hope he really enjoys it!  We love you our little bumblebee!
