This afternoon we gave Elisabeth her very first bath at home! We wanted to give it to her sooner but Abbie insisted that she be there for Elisabeth’s first bath and we couldn’t find time to do it. Imagine that! So we finally had a chance to give her one when the kids came home from school. Abbie was very excited to help bathe Elisabeth. Carter wiped her one time with the wash cloth and decided he had done enough. Elisabeth did very well the whole time! She cried for a little of the bath and even went to the bathroom during her bath. Both Abbie and Carter were surprised she did and told her she wasn’t allowed to pee in the bath tub. Ha! Elisabeth was so snuggly and clean after her bath. I am so happy we were able to share this milestone together as a family!
