Last Saturday, we made our annual trip to Northpark Mall to see Santa. Abbie is starting to understand and be interested in Christmas, so I thought she might actually like seeing Santa this year. We talked about going to see him and telling him what you would like for Christmas. She knows she would like a pink bike and a scooter. So Steve went and stood in line to get tickets early that morning, and then we all headed down after lunch. We took a few quick pictures at home before we left. Once we got there, we didn’t have to wait long at all to see Santa with our ticket. That was about the only good part of the experience. Abbie wouldn’t even stand in the line with us. She wanted nothing to do with Santa! Carter did manage to sit on Santa’s lap, but immediately started crying. Ugh. Merry Christmas, Mommy and Daddy!
