On Top of...

Everything! Abbie is a very proficient climber. I guess it is all her months of climbing on all of the equipment at Gymboree! It is very difficult to keep her from climbing on things once we get home. She climbs on the sofas and chairs constantly. Today she started climbing on her little turtle and a pampers box! She thinks it is the funniest thing. She stands up and claps for herself!

Hopefully this does not turn into a bigger problem! When I was signing her up for her "school" in the Fall, she started climbing all over the time-out chair in the office! The director jokingly asked if they needed to put that in her file! I don't think the time-out chair will be much of a punishment for Abbie!

It looks to me like there is a surfboard (or tightrope) in her future. What do you think, Stephen? Do you expect to be spending time at the surfing beach in SL in future summers? Maybe she takes after great-Uncle Joe who worked in construction on skyscrapers in NY for a time in his wild youth.
